MISSION STATEMENT

 

We aim to  present a consistent message regarding blackball rules and become the Recognised Leading body for Blackball Referees in England.

 

We  aim to work with  pool leagues & associations nationally to promote Blackball as a sport.

We aim to build up a body of dedicated qualified referees to work together as a team to enforce Blackball Rules consistantly.

We aim to be available to offer regular consistant advise to players and referees alike.
