IPC offer an excellent value referee training and exam package that ensures only the most knowledgeable candidates will qualify as referees, ultimately improving the player's experience at our tournaments. The days training session is enjoyable and interactive; Viv Ruscoe really does have the supreme knowledge of Blackball Rules! We would definitely recommend the IPC for developing and establishing high calibre Blackball referees. For those that think refereeing is easy – think again! It’s a very tough exam with a minimum 85% pass mark and makes you realise the depth of knowledge and experience required to be a qualified referee.

Now that the dust has settled we would just like to say a massive thank you for brilliant work yourself and the IPC put into our 1st Coral Cup.
The organisation was better than 1st class bearing in mind there were over 60 players and the whole day went off without a hitch of any kind, which resulted in eventually raising close to £1300 for Children with Cancer.
The referees you provided did a wonderful job including yourself Scott in the Final and we will not be hesitating in booking your company for next years event. We have had a lot of feedback from people that attended the event saying how professional & well run the event was.

JJ’s Pool Hall in Liverpool hold a pilot Pool Festival weekend competition in Sept 2015, we managed to attract team’s from as far as Scotland and Derby as well as the local teams from Merseyside.
We decided to use Viv Ruscoe and her team’s service’s to give the event the professional image we wanted to present. We also called upon Viv’s wealth of experience to support our tournament and decision making. That decision was far the best decision we made for this event, the guidance we received and support was phenomenal.
Viv and the referees appearance was superb, controlled the arena fantastically and made my job so much easier to control the order of play. The amount of positive comments and feedback has been overwhelming and believe this would of not been such a success if we didn’t have Viv and the referees officiating .
Due to the popularity of the weekend, we will be looking to facilitate the event again next year and strongly believe we will be inundated with teams due to the success of the weekend.
I would personally highly recommend Viv’s Services to anyone looking to hold any Pool event.
