My name is Vivienne Ruscoe. I am a qualified World Rules and Blackball ​Eightball Pool Referee. I have been playing pool for many years and have worked for both rulesets. Refereeing at all levels upto and including World Championships.

I started the IPC in February 2015. My main aim is to build a well respected body of qualified referees that are recognised as the best and to give a consistent determination of the rules as dictated by World Pool Association (WPA)
